What is LeanFeast®?
LeanFeast® is a convenience-based, clean eating meal-prep restaurant specializing in customizable and freshly made meals capable of fitting any diet or restriction. LeanFeast®’s meals consist of three of the most basic building blocks of a well-rounded meal: a protein, a vegetable, and a carbohydrate.
How long are the meals good for?
LeanFeast® meals are fresh for up to five days in the refrigerator and up to two weeks in the freezer.
What is the average price per meal?
Most customized meals available at LeanFeast® range in price from $9.30 to 17.40 per meal, depending upon your protein of choice and the number of ounces you decide upon.
No. Lean Feast is NOT a subscription-based service. We have always felt that your nutrition should always be affordable and you should never be told how much you need to buy at any one time. If one meal is all you’d like, then one meal you shall receive.
Do you deliver?
Yes. LeanFeast® is continuing to grow as a franchise and we proudly partner with local delivery services that are capable of mirroring our standards of high quality. As the demand increases, LeanFeast® will also be exploring the options of having an in-house delivery staff in the future.
Are there allergen-free options?
Yes. LeanFeast® is ever aware of common allergens such as gluten and nut allergies. Nearly 100% of our menu is gluten-free and only a small handful of our items contain nuts. Since we are aware of every ingredient in our recipes, we also offer an in-store and online index of common allergens and meal restrictions.
Are all LeanFeast® meals the same size?
No, At LeanFeast®, our customers get to chose the portion sizes of their proteins, vegetables, and carbohydrates. Each additional ounce of protein is only 60 cents.
Are LeanFeast® containers recyclable?
Yes. They are 100% recyclable, however, we encourage our customers to repurpose them instead of recycling them. Repurposing any disposable plastic container is ALWAYS better than recycling them. Bring your washed containers back with you and receive a 5% in-store discount on your next round of meals.
Why are your vegetables raw?
Our vegetables are kept raw for several reasons. One, it preserves the nutrient content of the vegetables. Two, it lengthens the freshness time of the meals while they are in your refrigerator. Cooking vegetables ahead of time also increases the chances of spoilage from mold and increases the water content in the bottom of your containers causing your meal to get soggy.

In 2018, Lean Feast decided to expand our reach through the lengthy and complicated process of franchising. All LeanFeast® stores are independently owned and operated by an incredible network of highly driven franchisees who execute the standards and the vision of the LeanFeast® brand.
